We are very proud of our coaches who teach children how to swim through play and fun. Our devoted coaches bring fun, creativity and love for teaching and water to their lessons, and children can easily identify with those values. With their guidance, learning how to swim becomes a beautiful experience and a memory children treasure forever.

We are looking for people with:
- Prior experience in teaching children and swimming or both
- Academic background
Coach trainings
Trainings are held in small groups. They are designed to incite eagerness for teaching among our candidates.
Choice of courses
Candidates can choose to become swimming coaches for babies and toddlers up to 4 years of age and swimming coaches for children older than 4 years, depending on their own interests and previous experience.
Individual courses last from 5 to 7 days and they include interactive lectures and practical work at the swimming pool. After the course, each candidate is awarded a mentor and assists at 50 lessons at the swimming pool, thus meeting preconditions for taking the exam. The exam consists of the theoretical and the practical part at the pool.
A candidate successfully finishing the training is awarded the FREDS SWIM ACADEMY certificate enabling him to teach at FREDS SWIM ACADEMY centres in Croatia and abroad.
